Must be an experienced OR Nurse. Day shift with rotation if needed. Hours could be flexible with the possibility of 10 or 12 hour shift. Position Summary: Manages patients; plan of care collaborating with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team (i.e., completes/coordinates patient assessment, develops/monitors outcomes based plan of care, coordinates and implements plan of care, evaluates outcomes and monitors variances). Coordinates/collaborates consultations with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care. On call hours required.Provides hands-on expert care to patients and is accountable for managing patient care in order to meet optimal outcomes.
