Under direct supervision, RN I is responsible and accountable for basic skills and documentation associated with the nursing process. The nursing process is implemented recognizing variations in geriatric, adult, adolescent and/or pediatric patients related to normal growth and development. Current Arkansas RN license. Less than one year nursing experience or nurse that has been absent from active hospital nursing for more than 5 years.
